Consultation, Collaboration, Commissions
Available to individuals and families, these services are tailored to your desired involvement level and budget, and may include a combination of all three. You can be involved in any or all of the quilt making process including material preparation, piecing the quilt top and hand quilting. Initial consultation is free.
Consultation
Individuals and families receive private consultation as needed to create and complete the quilt independently. Previous sewing experience helpful but not required.
Collaboration
Individuals and families collaborate with me in a studio setting for 2 to 6 hours at a time. We work together to create and complete the quilt. All materials can be kept at the studio between sessions. This is a great option for families or a group of friends who want to work together on a quilt. No previous sewing experience necessary
Commissions
Individuals and families gather materials and I complete the quilt.
Travel
I will travel overnight to work with organizations or individuals. For overnight travel I require a $1000 workshop or project commitment plus travel and lodging expenses. I am willing to lodge in homes if provided a private room with bed. Day travel outside of the San Francisco Bay Area is billed by the mile at the current tax rate.
